A demo makes a question testable
The first interactive demo is public. It demonstrates a workflow, not a live integration or proven demand. The next step is to learn whether the problem matters to the people doing the work.

The invoice-row workflow can now be tried as an interactive demo. That makes the idea easier to inspect: visitors can see the proposed interaction instead of relying on a description of a future product.
The boundary matters. The demo uses simulated invoice line items and a simulated free-tier allowance. It is not a live Xero integration and does not establish that customers want the product.
The next useful step is validation. Feedback about the workflow should determine whether it earns an integrated version, needs a narrower scope or should be set aside. Publishing is the start of that inquiry, not its conclusion.
Trying the demo does not require an account or a payment. It can help you evaluate the proposed interaction; it does not connect to or change your Xero data.
